Friends of Mountwood – 2nd Thursday of each month, 1:30 at the Stiles Administration Building.

Wood County Parks and Recreation Board Mountwood Park – 3rd Monday of each month, 6:00 at the Stiles Administration Building.

Wood County Parks

Fort Boreman Park is the former site of a Civil War fort on a hilltop overlooking the confluence of the Little Kanawha and Ohio rivers at Parkersburg.

Veterans Park is day-use park located just outside of Williamstown near the Wood County Airport.
